You’re a grim reaper. Izra’il sent you down to take care of one thing, lingering emotions of a wandering soul who recently departed. These lingering emotions have distorted events, places, people, and other parts of the mortal realm and created problems. Your time limit is 24 hours. Investigate, find a way to solve this peacefully, and help the soul to depart with a smile.

Will You Depart with A Smile is something that I created for something I've been craving but can't find in different video games or TTRPG. This game is an investigation-heavy TRPG that deals with ghost stories and mysteries in  a more emotional and heartfelt way. 

The main problem of a story in this game are distortions that are created by the Lingering Emotions. These distortions affect life or places in the mortal realm. This effect, though, is never life threatening. At least, it isn’t yet. It’s the Grim Reapers’ job to prevent it from escalating into something dangerous.

The whole premise isn't about monsters or demonic possessions. It's about those who wander the world after death but stays humane. Solve the mystery and let them depart to the afterlife with a smile. This isn't about exorcism. It's about helping someone in trouble before it's too late.
